Professional Experience:
Tom is a vice president in the firm’s assurance practice and has over 26 years of experience in analyzing and understanding financial information for private and public companies. He leads Caturano and Company’s business valuation services group and sits on the firm’s risk management committee. Tom served as a member of the firm’s executive committee for 10 years.

Tom provides audit, business advisory, and tax services to a diverse owner-managed and venture-backed client base consisting of middle market companies in industries including distribution, services, technology, hospitality, and real estate development.

In addition to his various roles within the firm, Tom managed the firm’s consulting group during the mid nineties, specializing in financial modeling, assisting technology start-ups with financial and operational infrastructure, and preparing companies for sale and initial public offerings. He served as an interim CFO for several companies and as full time CFO of a technology company from its inception through its sale in 1997.
