Professional Experience:
Michael is a vice president in the firm’s specialized audit practice and brings over 15 years of audit experience to the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Michael spent 8 years in Arthur Andersen’s commercial audit division.

Michael provides services to clients including both privately held and publicly companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, restaurants and service providers. He is highly accomplished in the areas of financial statement audits, mergers and acquisitions, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Michael is also a leader in the firm’s employee benefit plan group and provides audit and compliance services to a wide range of employee benefit plans ranging from traditional profit sharing and 401(k) plans to defined benefit pension and health and welfare plans.
