Professional Experience:
Dan is a vice president in the firm’s tax practice and has over 30 years of experience providing tax, accounting, assurance, and business advisory services to clients in diverse industry areas, including construction, manufacturing, distribution, and technology consulting. Dan is a leader in the firm’s construction and real estate industries. He works closely with entrepreneurial driven clients and middle market companies ranging from $3.0m to $300m in annual sales. Dan has significant experience in assisting business owners in their analysis and understanding of their financial performance through performance measurement systems and industry benchmarking. He specializes in creating and implementing successful business strategies.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Dan is active in many professional organizations. He is a member of the board of advisors for a large civil engineering firm and a member of the Construction Financial Management Association. His past memberships include chairman of the Massachusetts Society of CPA's Relations with Educators Committee, president of the Lexington Jaycees, and chairman of the Accounting and Auditing Committee of the Continental Association of Certified Public Accountants.
