Professional Experience:
Rich is a vice president in the firm's assurance practice. He has over 30 years of experience providing accounting and business advisory services to middle market companies. He has extensive experience in the areas of private and public financings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, and business consulting services. Rich serves clients in the manufacturing, technology, life sciences, consumer product, and services industries. As a member of the firm’s executive committee, Rich helps to lead the strategic direction of the firm. He was formerly a partner in the commercial and technology practice of Arthur Andersen.
