Professional Experience:
Rick is a vice president in the firm’s assurance practice and serves as the SEC practice director. He provides audit, transaction advisory, and risk management services for domestic and international clients in a wide array of industries including manufacturing, technology, private equity, and consumer products. Rick has 18 years of service in accounting and extensive experience advising clients on transactions including public offerings, private placements, debt restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Rick joined the firm from Arthur Andersen where he was a partner in the audit and business advisory practice.

University of Notre Dame: Bachelor of Business Administration degree with Concentrations in Accounting and English
