Professional Experience:
As vice president of human resources (HR), Dave leverages his over 30 years of experience in HR, accounting, and recruiting to lead the firm’s HR function and recruiting initiatives. Dave has overall responsibility for hiring, benefits, employee relations, scheduling, internship programs and other HR related areas. Prior to joining the firm, Dave was a principal and director of human resources at Arthur Andersen’s Boston and Hartford offices. Before his HR role at Andersen, Dave was a member of Andersen’s financial services industry team where he provided services to various industries including financial services, high technology, retail, and manufacturing.
