Professional Expereince:
Jim is a vice president in the Caturano and Company management consulting practice. He has over 19 years of consulting experience focused on providing solutions to the complex problems encountered by finance and accounting organizations. Jim's experience includes managing large projects, including business process design and implementation, business information requirements and improvement (performance management), policy and control reviews, diagnostic benchmarking analysis of major finance processes, design and implementation of Shared Service Centers, merger integration, and packaged software selections and implementations. He has also assisted several clients to optimize their existing financial software package(s). In addition, Jim has experience advising clients on Sarbanes Oxley 404 Readiness and compliance engagements.

Prior to joining the firm, Jim was the managing director of RSM McGladrey’s CFO advisory services practice. Jim spent the majority of his career at Arthur Andersen in the business consulting division where he was part of the leadership team for the CFO advisory and merger and integration practices.
