Professional Experience:
Bob is a vice president in the firm’s assurance practice and has over 19 years of audit and business advisory experience.  Bob leads the firm’s technology industry practice group; a dedicated team of partners and staff focused on delivering strategic innovative solutions to companies ranging from start-up to emerging and prominent public companies.  He is highly accomplished in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions for both public and private companies. Bob has extensive experience in SEC accounting and reporting matters, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He also advises clients on accounting and financial reporting matters, as well as business and industry issues. Prior to joining the firm, Bob was a partner in Arthur Andersen’s audit practice and a Captain in the US Army Reserve.
