Professional Experience:
Nancy is a vice president in the firm’s assurance practice and has over 26 years of audit and business advisory experience. She leads the firm’s business risk and controls practice including internal audit services, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance readiness consulting, risk management services, and SAS 70 consulting and attestation. Nancy also leads the firm’s life sciences industry practice group; a dedicated team of partners and staff focused on delivering strategic innovative solutions to companies ranging from start-up to emerging and prominent public companies. She has extensive expertise in the areas of internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley, SAS 70’s, operational reviews, and financial statement audits. She services numerous companies in the life sciences, technology, service, manufacturing, and consumer products industries. Prior to joining the firm, Nancy was a partner in Arthur Andersen’s audit and business advisory practice.
