Professional Experience:
Jean is a vice president and director of staffing. She works closely with the firm’s service line leaders to lead the resource management function of the firm. Jean ensures effective utilization of resources while maximizing professional growth and development opportunities for staff. Jean leverages her over 15 years of experience in management, human resources, and financial reporting to provide resource analysis and planning to make recommendations to firm leadership. In addition, Jean serves as a staff mentor and works closely with the firm’s learning and development group to ensure that the practice staff is achieving their professional goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Jean was a senior manager in the human resources group of the Northeast region business consulting practice of Arthur Andersen.
