Professional Experience:
As vice president of learning and development, Gina leverages her 15 years of experience in career development, tax, and accounting to lead professional career development initiatives in areas such as performance management, organizational development, mentoring, retention, training, and upward feedback. She directs the design, development, and execution of all training programs through VC University, the firm’s formalized continuing education and training program and has overall responsibility for performance management, leadership, and professional skill development.

Gina combines her public accounting experience and proven leadership ability to assist employees in their pursuit of career-long learning, development, and growth. In 2008, the Vault Guide recognized Caturano and Company as #1 “Best Place to Work for“ and #1 for “Training”.

Gina currently serves as the Chairperson of the Learning & Development Committee for Baker Tilly North America (BTNA) and is a member of the BTNA Human Resources Committee. The firm is a member of Baker Tilly International, one of the world’s top ten accounting and business advisory services networks, focused on serving the global needs of growing multi-national enterprises; comprised of 138 independent member firms with 505 offices in 104 countries.

Prior to joining the firm, Gina worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP in the mergers and acquisitions practice. She began her career at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
