Professional Experience:
Dave is a vice president in the firm’s assurance practice and has over 39 years of accounting and audit experience. Dave services a number of public and private companies across several industries including: manufacturing, high technology, waste management, government contracting and construction. His service as an audit partner includes responsibility over the attest functions as well as assistance with his client’s mergers and acquisitions, public debt and stock offerings and due diligence/ comfort letters to underwriters. Dave also has a variety of other responsibilities including serving as the concurring partner on a number of the firm’s SEC public audit clients as well as an overall consultative role for technical and practice issues. In addition to his client responsibilities, Dave is a member of the firm’s seven member executive committee, which is responsible for the overall governance, management and strategic direction of the firm. Dave was a partner for 20 years in Andersen’s audit and business advisory practice.
