Professional Experience:
Michael is a vice president in the firm’s assurance practice and has been with Caturano and Company since he began his career in public accounting 16 years ago. He provides financial reporting, tax, estate planning, and a variety of general business consulting services. Michael works very closely with clients of owner managed, privately held enterprises in several areas including efficiency reviews, accounting process enhancement and documentation, bank financing, buy-sell agreements, entity and transaction structure, software utilization, and employee compensation planning. Mike is a member of the firm's executive technology committee, which helps staff to better utilize technology and software. Mike is a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP).
