Professional Experience:
Joel is a vice president in the firm’s assurance practice and leads the financial services industry team. In addition to having 22 years of service and significant SEC experience, he specializes in audit and compliance for the financial services and manufacturing industries. Joel has extensive experience providing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance services, internal control reviews, and assisting clients with annual regulatory filings. His clients have included companies such as Moduslink, American Science & Engineering, Wainwright Bank &Trust, and Spire Corporation. In addition to his client work, Joel helps to lead the strategic direction of the firm as a member of the executive committee.

Joel joined Caturano and Company after a 15-year career at Arthur Andersen where he was most recently the partner-in-charge of the banking industry for Andersen’s New England assurance and business advisory practice.
