Professional Experience:
Alan is a vice president in the firm’s tax practice. He has over 35 years of experience as a tax specialist with expertise in the areas of compensation matters, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, tax credits, accounting methods, and structuring issues. His clients include companies ranging in size, from small private businesses to NYSE listed companies in industries such as real estate, construction, energy, venture capital, utilities, banking, professional services, retail, and manufacturing.

Alan has been a frequent speaker at local and national tax conferences. He began his career with Arthur Andersen where he spent 25 years. Just prior to joining the firm, Alan spent two years as a partner at Deloitte & Touche.

Babson College: Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting
