Professional Experience:
Jim is a vice president in the firm’s assurance practice and leads the energy and restaurant industry teams. He has 21 years of experience, specializes in financial statement audit services, and assists clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, restructuring, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, operational consulting, computer risk management, cost allocations, and accounting and ratemaking consulting. Jim leads the firm’s energy and clean technology industry practice group; a dedicated team of partners and staff focused on delivering strategic innovative solutions to energy and clean technology companies ranging from start-up to emerging and prominent public companies.

He also has experience in servicing owner-managed businesses as well as multinational companies and interacting with the SEC. Jim provides services to various industries including restaurant, energy, construction, distribution, and retail.

Prior to joining the firm, Jim was with Arthur Andersen for 14 years. He was most recently a partner in the audit and business advisory practice.
