Professional Experience:
Rob is a vice president in the firm’s tax practice and has 16 years of experience. He provides services to both private and publicly held companies in the consumer products, high technology, life sciences, and financial services industries. Rob has extensive experience in the areas of federal and state taxation, including corporate acquisitions and dispositions, tax accounting methods and international taxation. In addition, Rob has extensive experience in the accounting for income tax area including financial statement disclosures, accounting for stock based compensation and analysis of uncertain tax positions under FIN 48.

Rob joined the firm after serving as a senior tax manager for Arthur Andersen in Boston.
