Professional Experience:
Marc is a vice president in the firm’s tax practice and has extensive experience in the partnership/LLC area including but not limited to strategic advisory and formation structuring, mainline federal and state tax compliance, and due diligence with respect to mergers and acquisitions. He also works with a variety of C-corporation, Consolidated C-corporation; and S-corporation clients. In serving broad middle market industries, Marc focuses on venture capital, professional service (law), energy, real estate, construction, and investment fund management companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Marc was a senior tax manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP. In this role, Marc provided tax consulting, accounting, and compliance services to clients varying in size and industry. He also acted as the leader of their middle market industry group. Prior to Deloitte & Touche, Marc was a tax manager at Arthur Andersen, LLP where he worked predominantly in the partnership/LLC area.

Bryant College: Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting
