He uses his 13 years of experience in technology, business operations management, and finance to align people, process, and technology to best serve his clients’ organizational strategy. Bill specializes in providing comprehensive services to solve complex business issues in the areas of performance management, IT strategy, IT outsourcing, and IT risk. His extensive technology expertise, industry knowledge, and success in the areas of strategic planning, change management, and business process optimization enables him to best utilize technology to drive revenue and improve efficiency for his clients. Bill also leads the firm's professional services industry practice group; a dedicated team of partners and staff focused on delivering financial and strategic innovative solutions to a variety of service entities, including law firms, engineering, and communications firms. 

The consulting practice's continued growth and success under Bill’s leadership has earned the firm recognition as one of area's "Top 15 Technology Consulting Practices" by the Boston Business Journal and in 2008, Bill was selected by the Boston Business Journal as one of the "40 Under 40" honorees.
